The purpose of this contract was to evaluate the USAID/Lebanon’s Citizen Access to Justice and Independence of the Judiciary Project. This evaluation was conducted in Beirut, Tyre, and Tripoli in 2010 by DPI President Natalija Stamenkovic six months prior to the end of the project. The Scope of Work of this evaluation contained three major tasks:  to evaluate the PMP results, goal achievements and overall programmatic impact of the project with relevant findings to be documented in a report which would be provided to NCSC and the USAID Mission in Lebanon.  The evaluation resulted in an extensive report (DOWNLOAD REPORT) which provided an overall review of the projects achievements and programmatic impact of the five year project in Lebanon.
