DPI is Seeking an Applied Research Director

Development Professionals, Inc. (DPI) is seeking an Applied Research Director for a long-term, part-time consultancy with periodic travel to Kosovo. The director will provide technical and managerial oversight of the learning component and the monitoring, evaluating, and learning (MEL) activities of the 5-year Social Contract Activity in Kosovo (the “Project”), including a Public Participation Assessment and mid-term evaluation. The Project, funded by USAID, aims to introduce sustainable practices for public participation in order to improve citizens' quality of life and strengthen their partnership with the municipal government. The position reports to the DPI home office, with technical direction from the Project’s Chief of Party.
