DPI Seeking Grants under ATARI Activity

The USAID Analytic Task on Authoritarian Resurgence and Influence (ATARI) activity, implemented by DPI-MCI, is seeking initial applications for grants up to USD250,000 from qualified entities.

ATARI supports and informs the strategic planning, design, and implementation of DRG programming to counter resurgent authoritarian influences (RAI). The linked Request for Applications (RFA) notes grant applicants will need to 1) examine democracy, rights, and governance (DRG) development responses to malign actors that have programmed through US foreign assistance funding and detail these efforts, or 2) develop a composite measure that captures multiple dimensions and aspects of malign actor behavior in other countries that potentially threaten democracy. Preference will be given to applicants addressing urgent DRG challenges and increasing understanding of RAI contexts.

Applications will be accepted from December 7, 2021 through January 14, 2022. For more information visit the website of our partner, Making Cents International
