Dr. Green brings nearly 20 years of academic and applied experience in international development to his work. He combines strong skills in research methodology with extensive experience in management and oversight, all in contexts ranging from field-based Team Leader to sector-wide research and learning mechanisms. Dr. Green has deep experience in DRG generally and civil society, rule of law, elections, governance, and policy making processes specifically. Dr. Green combines his technical expertise, focus on learning, and management experience to contribute to adaptive management for more effective development outcomes. His geographic experience spans post-communist Europe, South and Southeast Asia, and sub-Saharan Africa. Dr. Green earned a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
